If you are ordering something it is assumed you are 18 years or older. You need to be 18 years or older.

Ordering any commissions means you accept my TOS and rules.

The best way to contact me is with discord or Bluesky.

I have the right to refuse doing a commission.

Do not use any of my art for NFTs or anything related to block chains and crypto currencies.

Do not use any of my art to help train AI or put any of my art into AI models to change things in my pieces.

I will try to finish the commission within 1-2 weeks. Larger pieces may take 3-4 weeks. If anything takes longer, I will communicate this with the commissioner.

Do not beg for free art or make offers other than what is listed. This means no trades or art for exposure.

Do not try to scam me. If you do I will block the offending person and warn other artists of them publicly or privately depending on the severity.

All my prices are in USD.

I will only use PayPal, Venmo, or Ko-Fi at the moment to receive money in the form of USD. I will not accept Crypto.

I must send an invoice to the customer and they must pay before I begin the commission to avoid scamming and for tax purposes.

If an order cannot be fulfilled, I will fully refund the customer.

If the customer wants me to make a small edit or fix a small mistake, I will do so. If it is bigger changes along the line, then I have the right to charge extra. Else if he requested changes are too much for me to fix, I can refund up to 20-70% of what was paid, depending on how much work was already put into the piece.

Do not nitpick the piece just to get a refund. I have the right to not offer a refund.

I am allowed to change the TOS rules at any time to better protect the customer and myself.

Once the commission is complete, you have the ability to use it anyway you wish as long as you follow the rules below.

Do not edit the art in any way that obscures the watermark.

Do not make any nsfw edits.

Do not trace over my works.

Do not claim that you created the art or claim someone that is not Fizzy/Lauren created it.

If you post in a public form or website please credit me somewhere.

I will be allowed to use the pieces of art in my portfolio and gallery. I will not claim the characters, just the art itself.
